Весит запакованная программа 721 мегабайт, устанавливается на компьютер за считанные минуты и может запускать любые игры и приложения из полноценной Remix OS. Правда после распаковки она будет занимать 6,56 гигабайт.
Новый эмулятор поддерживает управление через клавиатуру и мышь и работает с полноценным онлайн-магазином Google Play Store.

Для запуска Remix OS Player система должна соответствовать этим минимальным характеристикам: процессор Intel Core i3 (или схожая мощность другой серии или производителя), 4 гигабайта оперативной памяти, Windows 7 (64 bit) и выше. Разработчики обещают в ближайшее время закончить версию программы на MacOS.
