The code generator of mToken considers the PIN code you entered. If you have entered incorrect PIN code, the generated token code will be declined by [eBanking]. The PIN verification flag helps you to check if your PIN code was correct. In case of incorrect PIN another flag will be displayed as at your mToken activation. If the flag displayed is not your associated security flag, the PIN code that you used is not valid. Please check your PIN code and correct it in the previous screen if needed.

Cum vei proceda in cazul platilor cu cardul pe internet prin 3D Secure?

  • Mobile Banking sau Mobile Token (aferent serviciului Online Banking activ) pentru persoane fizice; sau
  • Business Mobile sau Mobile Token* (aferent serviciului Business Net activ) pentru persoana juridice.

*In cazul persoanelor juridice, aplicatiile trebuie sa fie instalate pe acelasi numar de telefon pe care primesti in prezent parola 3D Secure.

Cum procedezi in cazul platilor online prin 3D Secure cand folosesti cardul UniCredit Bank?

  • daca ai activat optiunea „mesaje de tip push” in Mobile Banking/Business Mobile/Mobile Token, sectiunea „Setari”, vei primi un mesaj cu detaliile platii si vei fi directionat in aplicatie pentru a autoriza tranzactia folosind amprenta, trasaturile faciale sau codul PIN al aplicatiei, conform setarilor din telefonul mobil;
  • daca nu ai activat optiunea „mesaje de tip push”, te vei loga in Mobile Banking/Business Mobile/Mobile Token, unde vei autoriza tranzactia folosind amprenta, trasaturile faciale sau codul PIN al aplicatiei.

Daca nu ai active aplicatiile Mobile Banking sau Mobile Token (aferent serviciului Online Banking activ) pentru persoane fizice; sau Business Mobile sau Mobile Token (aferent serviciului Business Net activ) pentru persoana juridice, vei autoriza platile online prin introducerea unei parole statice si, in plus, vei introduce parola 3D Secure (pe care o vei primi pe numarul de telefon inregistrat la Banca).

Poti modifica Parola statica:

  • la plata online cu cardul, in pagina autorizarii tranzactiei prin introducerea parolei statice existente (initiala*/setata de tine) si prin introducerea si reconfirmarea noii parole statice in campurile dedicate sau
  • la orice ATM din reteaua UniCredit Bank (optiunea Setare/Schimbare parola statica) sau
  • contactand serviciul Info Center disponibil 24h/7 la *2020, (apel cu tarif normal in retelele mobile Telekom Romania, Vodafone, Orange, RCS&RDS) sau +40 21 200.20.20 (apel cu tarif normal in reteaua fixa Telekom Romania). *Parola statica initiala trebuie modificata la prima plata, daca nu ai modificat-o deja, printr-una dintre metodele mentionate mai sus.In tutorialul de mai jos poti vedea cum vei putea autoriza platile cu cardul pe internet prin introducerea parolei 3D Secure si a noii parole statice:

In cazul unora dintre platile efectuate pe internet cu cardul pe site-urile ce suporta 3D secure, prin excepție de la regulile autentificarii stricte a platilor Banca poate accepta, fara a fi obligata, in baza unei analize de risc efectuata in timp real de catre Banca sau banca comerciantului, sa nu solicite elementele de securitate necesare pentru autentificarea stricta prevazute pentru utilizarea serviciului 3D Secure (cod PIN/ scanarea amprentei digitale/ trasaturilor faciale setate in telefon/ parola statica si parola 3 D Secure – codul unic primit prin SMS), consimtamantul pentru autorizarea platii realizandu-se prin furnizarea de catre utilizatorul cardului a numarului de card, numelui indicat pe card, datei expirarii si codului CVV/CVC, urmand instructiunile comerciantului.

Mobile Token (mToken)

Authentication with mToken
The mToken is a software-based and PIN-protected code generator application available via the [UniCredit Mobile application]. With mToken you can generate authorization codes for [UniCredit eBanking] transactions. In order to use the mToken, Users will need to download the [UniCredit Mobile application] and activate the mToken function. The mToken function may be activated independently of the [UniCredit Mobile application]. You can find the detailed user guide of mToken here (Strong Customer Authentication) Mobile version:

  1. Starting the activation process: If you do not have Internet Banking access with SMS authorization, please visit one of our branches or call the Telephone Banking service (+36 (1/20/30/70) 325 3200, any day from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.), and after identification our advisor registers your personal data and request for activation.
  2. Receiving your user ID: in the branch or via [Telephone Banking] our advisor gives you your 9-digit user ID which is needed for the first access into the application.
  3. Receiving your activation code: we will send you your personal activation code in a text message (SMS) to your domestic mobile phone number.
  4. First access: to enter the application please insert your user ID and the activation code received in SMS.
  5. Setting the PIN code: in order to ensure the safety of your personal data please set a PIN code for later use. From now on you will have to enter this PIN code, or use fingerprint identification when accessing the mToken application.

Activation with Internet Banking credentials:

  1. Starting the activation process: download and start the application, and select the Activate app with Internet Banking [eBanking] username and password option. Enter your Internet Banking username and password. Then you have to accept the terms and conditions of the service to proceed.
  2. Receiving your activation code: if the data provided are valid and you use Internet Banking with SMS authorization, we will send you your personal activation code in a text message (SMS) to your domestic mobile phone number.
  3. First access: to enter the application please insert the activation code received in SMS.
  4. Setting the PIN code: in order to ensure the safety of your personal data please set a PIN code for later use. From now on you will have to enter this PIN code, or use fingerprint identification when accessing the mToken application.

The activation code sent in SMS is valid up to three days from sending. If the user fails to activate the service in the three days period, a new activation code will be required.

How to use mToken

Only one mToken may be activated per User ID at any one time, and thus activation of the mToken on a given User ID will result in the deactivation of the mToken that may have been formerly activated on it.

Once a mToken has been activated, the Bank will accept the 6-digit code generated by the mToken for the authentication of orders submitted via Internet Banking.

According to the Strong Customer Authentication requirements of the 2 nd Payment Services Directive (PSD2) of the European Union (2015/2366/EU), in order to authenticate a payment transaction you need to choose the e-Sign menu in the new mToken (available from July 29, 2019). Then – following the instructions of the eBanking – you will need to enter the “Account ID” and the amount of the transaction in your mToken. The mToken will identify the transaction and generate a One Time Password.

After selecting the mToken function in the [UniCredit Mobile application], the User enters their mToken PIN code; then, after starting the code generation process, the mToken generates a 6-digit code, which is valid for at least 3 but no more than 3.5 minutes.

In case of fingerprint login please make sure, that your device stores only your fingerprint.
