This file was not present on my system after I’d installed Win10 and ran all the updates. It arrived when I installed the latest M$ Flight Simulator. AFAIK it doesn’t serve ME. I have to kill it with the services.msc window, as ProcessExplorer is unable. VirusTotal, Malwarebytes, and Windows Defender tell me they don’t recognize it as malware, but IMHO it does me no service, thus to me it’s no less evil than common malware. After I stop this thing, my PC runs just fine, no issues noted. Sadly, it runs again in ~10 minutes. It may in fact be a Win10 file, but I’m in the process of -killing- the stupid thing. This file was stopped from loading direct to my hard by Windows 10 Virus & Threat Protection. I assume this was a malware upload attempt. At the time I was charging my Android 11 Samsung cellphone, checking a location using Google Maps, and checking a location using Microsoft Maps.
