– A screen shot of an online bank or billing statement (On-line bank transaction screenshots only – We do not consider screenshots of email inbox notification), demonstrating any World of Tanks payments.

– We also need the following information regarding your account registration:

When did you register your account?

What city did you register your account in?

What ISP (Internet Service Provider) did you use to log in and register your account?

– A brief explanation as to why you would like your account to be permanently closed.

The deletion of a Wargaming.net account impacts all accessible console game titles, including, but not limited to, World of Tanks Console.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to https://console.worldoftanks.com/ with your account
2. Go to Account Management
3. Click [Delete Account]
4. Confirm the operation
5. You will receive a notification email confirming your request.

Useful Information

• The Account Deletion process takes 30 natural days.
• Clan Commanders are required to either disband their Clan or delegate Clan Management to one of their Clan mates.
